With the encouragement of GM’s Supplier Diversity staff as early as 1996, Goss LLC (Goss) was originally formed late 2000 as a program manager to develop auto supplier insurance programs, principally for GM Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers. Programs later included a proposed GM master Product Recall Insurance/Warranty program. GMAC (now Ally Financial) was and still remains a Goss LLC JV partner in what was then the first legal MBE JV in the property/casualty insurance sector.
